ya I think you can kind of group together bond of equal angle but for the most part we are supposed to label each of them^

The repulsion is weak, it is more that they are not attracted by the field because they have paired electrons with opposite spins so they have no magnetic moment.

Most likely since this is the fundamentals it will be reactions given that we are manipulating so incomplete combustion specifically probably won't be used but you never know.

Yes out of the reactants given in a problem whichever has the lesser amount of moles is the limiting reagent.
