single bond = sigma bond

double bond = sigma + pi bonds

triple bond = sigma + 2pi bonds

so yes essentially pi bonds from double and triple bonds

It's not necessarily a rule but just as a guide that the more electronegative one will more likely hold the negative charge.

Spins basically just shows which direction the electron is going in. Counter clockwise or clockwise.

We are supposed to look at the name and get an idea of the structure. Like we know that Hydrogen is most probably going to be on the outside and we can tell by the valence electrons what is going to be the central atom.

its also helpful to find a sample product by assuming that each reactant is the limiting reactant. the product that comes out to be the smallest will show which one is the limiting reactant!

From what I learned you round up when its bigger than .5 and round down when its smaller than .5
