K and Q must be equal which indicates that the reaction is occurring at the same rate forwards and backwards.

The partial pressures and concentrations do not have to be at equilibrium for Q but they do for K. Other than that, it's the same equation.

There are multiple step up programs and workshops as well as office hours that you might want to try before looking for an outside tutor who might not be as familiar with the specific material we need to know.

I find it most effective to type notes in class so it is quick and can be accessed and sorted through easily on my google drive and then recopy the notes to help with retention.

For the in discussion tests it depends on the TA but for the exams I doubt he'd be strict on it as long as your writing is clear but you might want to ask someone who's taken the course before.

They are given on the exams but it might be helpful to familiarize yourself with some of the more frequently used constants just as a time saving technique.

All of the textbook solutions in the solution manual round up when dealing with calculations ending in 5 so I would definitely say that's the way to go.

I would recommend taking advantage of the peer learning for brushing up on the subjects you are rusty on. For more in depth walk throughs and explanations Khan academy is extremely helpful.
