You can look at the conjugate acid/conjugate base to help determine. For the Bronsted definition, an an acid is a proton(H+) donor, and a base is a proton (H+) acceptor.

To be classified as an acid or a base, the element must give or receive electrons. Nobel gases typically do not engage.

If you want to memorize the mass of an electron it is 9.10938356 × 10-31 kilograms, not sure whether Professor Lavelle has told us whether or not it will be given.

Actual yield is the result of imperfections in the experiment such as contents being stuck to the sides of the test tube, therefore it is less than theoretical yield, which is the calculated maximum amount of product that can derive from the experiment.

If the rounding after the decimal is 5, you round to the nearest even number. Ex: 3.45, 3.4.... 3.55,3.6.
