if it has a smaller pkb, then it has a stronger base but I think lavelle said that we learn that in 14b so we don't really need to know it for the test.

There is a table in the textbook that is nicely organized, but for binary, the more polar, the stronger the acid and the more weaker the H-A bond, the stronger the acid. For Oxoacids, the greater the number of Oxygen atoms attached to the central atom gives a stronger acid. If it has the same number...

it's in alphabetical order and then the ligand is before the transitional metal atom and you have to use prefixes to indicate the number of ligands.

You will either get the electronegativity and if the difference is greater than 0.4, then it will be polar.
If you aren't given the electronegativities, then you have to find it by looking at the shape of the lewis structure

You have to know the lewis structure to do other problems, so I think that it would be incorporated into the test.

Ya I heard 5%, but I think also if it's not a number that can't really be multiplied to get a whole number, then it should be close enough to round up or down

Most of them follow the rules, but I know that Boron is an exception to it even though it only has 6 valence electrons.

because Boron itself is already stable. It doesn't really make sense because there are rules, but there are a few violations that go against the octet rule.

Find the energy from the lamp by multiplying 32*2=64. Then you can calculate the energy because wavelength is given by using E=hc/wavelength. Divide 64 by what you get to get the number of photons.

Idk if I completely get your question, but I think you have to find the limiting reactant between CO2 and H20, then whichever one is the limiting reactant (let's say CO2), you would have to multiply the limiting reactant to the ratio of the moles.
