T can be completely canceled out. Think of it as the -q=w. Because the function for work involves the multiplication of T but deltaS is q/T, the q is simply taken out and the negative sign is omitted.

Its also important to note that occasionally the book says "molar heat" or "specific heat" which simply are shorthand for molar heat capacity and specific heat capacity respectively.

Fe has a +2 charge. You know this because the entire ligand has a 1+ charge while Cl has a 1- charge. Thus the ligand must contain two positive charges to cancel this Cl's 1-. Since OH2 is neutral, these two positive charges are derived from Fe, giving it a 2+ charge.

From what I understand, "formula units" can be somewhat interchangeable with molecules. For example, how many formula units of H20 are in 2g of water?
