You don't really need to know what the correct orientation but you will need to know how often or "frequently" they are in the correct orientation to collide and form the product

Usually at standard conditions, the temperature is simply 25 degrees Celcius or 298 Kelvin but the temperature is usually given for Gibb's Free Energy

Kw refers to the concentration of water molecules and since water is a neutral substance on the pH scale, the concentrations of [H3O+] and [OH-] are the same because when you calculate the pH given these numbers, you will get 7, which is right in the middle of the pH scale
