For problem 17 in the 6th edition, part a asks us to find the order for each reactant and the overall order of the reaction. When finding the order with respect to A, I assume that we need to look at experiments 2 and 4, but the concentrations for C are different. Is this a typo?

I have yet to solve this problem, but I do know that for part a, you will need to use the DeBroglie equation of wavelength= h/mv.
