Lone pairs give off repulsive forces, so they push the bond pairs closer together, making the bond angles smaller.

I feel like handwriting notes help a lot in terms of knowing which Greek letters and equation formats apply. Plus, Dr. Lavelle gives enough time on each slide to copy everything down.

When you have one mole of an atom, it’s a direct translation between its atomic weight and grams.
Ex) 1 mole of Iron-56 = 56 grams
