If you ever get confused about which v the question is referring to, just remember velocity v pretty much always has an m next to it (mass)

If the number of sig figs in the provided periodic table are less than that in the question, should our final answer have the least amount of sig figs in the periodic table or in the question?

Is 200. the same as 200.0? I have never seen a decimal without any numbers following it after so I am kind of confused. Also, would it be 3 sig figs or 4?

How could you write 100 with 2 sig figs? Would you need to do it in scientific notation?
