Yes you would multiply 6 by Avogadro's number so it would be 6 mol C x (6x6.022x10^23atoms/mol) which comes out to be 2.17x10^25 atoms.

The greater the overlap, the higher probability the valence e- in between the nuclei which means stronger and shorter bonds.
