I think it's because the battery is absorbing energy. A favorable reaction releases energy.

I would just make sure your final answer is in the units they ask for! Don't give moles if they ask for mass and vice versa!

If the pressure is not constant, delta H will not be accurate and should be recalculated.

Typically, you just look at how it would react with water. Lot's of times if it has a negative charge, it's a base and a positive charge will be an acid.

What distance should be between Q and K for them to be considered different? For example, if K=0.56 and Q=0.50 could they be considered the same?
