No. Although both shapes have the same shape (bent) their bond angles are different because they have different electron geometry. It is not trigonal planar because of the additional two lone pairs. These distort the shape and make the bond angles smaller so the 120 degree angle found on trigonal planar shapes is not obtained.

I would suggest first looking at the lewis structure and determining if it is symmetrical, this can be figured out by whether or not all the atoms surrounding the central atom are the same i.e. CCl4

The way this is solved is by counting the total number of electrons in all the orbitals with a certain n. For n=3 there could 3s 3p and 3d so thats 2+6+10 so 18 possible

Polar versus nonpolar is very difficult to determine but it is based off of the difference in electronegativity between the atoms in a molecule. usually if the molecule is very symmetrical with its lewis dot structure then it will be nonpolar.

Increasing intensity only increases the amount of photons not the energy of each individual photon. Light is acting as a particle in this case however in general light can act as a particle or a wave.

The de broglie equation is used when taking mass into account. I.E. calculating the wave length of an electron or an atom instead of a photon of light.

Ionization Energy and Electronegativity are also related because if an electron has high electronegativity then it will be more difficult to remove electrons and therefore the ionization energy will be higher.

I believe it is because if you count the first given wavelength would be n = 3, then n=4 and so on... does that help?

The best tactic that worked for me would be taking small groups of ions and writing each one four or five times in a unique color. I did this my sophomore year of high school and it has helped me remember the ions even today.

I definitely understand your struggles. I am a freshman and I haven't taken chemistry since my senior year of high school. I agree with the others above that your best bet would be to read the textbook and review the modules posted on the website.
