I remember electronegativity as an atom's "resistance" to release an electron hence F being the most electronegative atom as it has a high number of valence electrons requiring a higher amount of energy to excite a single one.

I like to think of quantized energy as a tennis ball cannon where it comes in "chunks" rather than the elementary understanding of energy acting as the water from a hose; continuous.

Yes, the 700-400nm example he gave is meant to provide a mental picture of the range however the actual scale is from 720-400. Either way you want to remember it is ok.

When I have testing anxiety I try to breathe and bask in the hours of studying and dedication I have put into that test then I try and think about how I will still be myself after the test.
