A T-Shape is created when there is one central atom with two lone pairs and three bonded atoms. The shape comes from the electron repulsion of the lone pairs. Some examples are ClF3 and BrF3.

I think the key would be just memorizing the bond angles of each shape, or at least see the pattern of what shapes look like and how similar shapes have similar or same bond angles.

They are typically not included in the trend since the electronegativity trend is used for bonding. Noble gases already have full valence shells, so they tend not to bond with other elements, resulting in there not being a need for their inclusion in the trend.

You would convert it like any other prefix for SI Units. So you would multiply by 10s if it is less than an angstrom and divide by 10s if it is more than an angstrom.

Using 100 grams makes it easier to convert from percentages to grams. For example, if the percentage is 48% then you can convert it to 48 grams since they are both out of 100. This helps you avoid extra steps and extra work to convert the percentages to masses. Hope this helps. :)
