a single bond, is sigma, if it is a double bond, it is sigma and pi and if there is a triple bond then it is one sigma two pi.

because we can't calculate the exact angle but we can estimate it based on it compared to something else. for example a line has a 180 degree angle and if there were to be an angle slightly smaller than a line it would just be <180

yes theoretical is your best case scenario but since you might spill your product or most commonly it might stick to the beaker your percentage yield will be the most accurate guess

no you cant work backwards because you need to calculate the ratio of the reactants in regards to each other to determine how much of each you would need to create the products it might be a 6 to 7 ratio of reactants for example and you would not know that if you worked backwards
