I use this to remember: if temperature increases, exothermic reactions shift to the left and everything is "the opposite".

I think that it's only purpose is to narrow in on the states of the reactants and products in the equilibrium equation, so you know what to include in a K or Q calculation for an equation.

Shell is the quantum number n. Subshell is the shape (s, p, d, f) and quantum number l. Orbital is the orientation of the subshell!

Theoretical yield is the amount you SHOULD be able to create in a perfect laboratory environment, however the actual yield is what you end up getting under realistic lab context. The percentage yield is the ratio between these two.

You should always multiply to eliminate fractions across the entire equation, to ensure it's balanced on both sides.

I would use trial and error and try to estimate the lowest multiple of the numbers you have already and go from there.

I believe you tend to put Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen first, and go off of the others in alphabetical order?

I think it is best to round to the number of significant figures stated in the question (i.e. the number of sig figs of the data the question gives you).
