The length of a bond is determined by the number of bonded electrons. The higher the bond order then the stronger the pull between the two atoms and the shorter the bond length.

In shorter bonds, there is more electrons closer to the nucleus. This proximity makes it so you need more energy to brake the bond. This is why shorter bond lengths are stronger.

I believe the numbers represent the length of the bonds. As for delocalized electrons, that means that electrons in a molecule are not associated with a single atom or covalent bond.

How do I know when I need to round? For instance, if I were to use Lithium, which is 6.94, would it be that exact number or can I round to 7?
