I found it easier to join clubs when online. I am a part of matriculate, Be the match, and Cure. I found it easier to attend zoom meetings and these clubs don't require much time

Honestly I would study hard for the final and not retake the class. Just do better in 14C. Perhaps you may feel like your GPA will be affected a lot but in the long run it will not hinder it.

The webcam is so our TA can see us as we take the test. If you don't have a webcam you can use zoom on your phone to record you as you take the test.

The best thing to do is attend step up sessions and do practice problems. Also understanding each topic conceptually will really help. If you are in AAP then plfs are great.

Step-up sessions are very helpful because the instructor could provide questions similar to what would be asked on the test. Its also a time where anyone can ask a question you didn't even know you had.

The most important thing to stay on top is to watch lecture at the timeframe is signed up for. This gives me a weekly structured schedule that I can follow. I also attend plf sessions as a sort of review and to further my understanding.

0.005 has 1 sig fig because there is a non-zero number. 0.0000 would have 0 sig figs. 200 has 1 sig fig because of the 2. However, if it was 200. then it would have 3 sig figs because the two 0s come before a decimal point

.80 or above is close enough to count as 1 but make sure to look at the rest of the numbers incase there is a case where .80 should be multiplied by 5

I believe that the periodic table we will be able to use on the test is given on the class website. None of it has to be memorized since we are able to use the table but I recommend knowing the atomic weight of the most popular elements like C,O,H,K so that it will be faster to calculate during the ...
