The arrows point to the atoms that have the highest electronegativity. From there we can determine if the are non polar or polar based on the direction that the arrows are in.

At certain times it does not allow me to watch the lectures as well, but I reload my page and after a few minutes it lets me view it; however, I do believe that it is a CCLE problem.

Yes the best thing to do would be to multiply the coefficients by two because we want whole numbers, and to answer your second question it will in fact preserve the ratio.

Hi,
I would recommend taking the pre-module quizzes because I am assuming that that is how he will for the midterm questions or at least something similarly. Also when trying to study, take breaks in between so that you don't overstress yourself and are able to understand the concepts.

Quantum Mechanic or Classical Mechanic

Would light be considered a Quantum Mechanic because we could physically see the light. Or would it be a Classical Mechanic because of the energy that is giving of the light ?

I would give my final answer in liters since it is the most common unit even if the data given is milliliters always convert it at the end unless they specifically specify to give the answer in milliliters.
