correction, your total energy is 3.89x10^-7, so you divide that number by your work funtion.

To find the number of electrons that could be ejected from the metal, divide the total energy of 7.23x10^-7 by the work function. That number will equal the number of photons, since the Js cancel out, and the number of photons is equal to the number of electrons.
