Re: Do I need to do very single textbook question on the syllabus?

It's not going to hurt your grade if you don't do every single question, but I would do a few questions from each segment in order to self study for the exam and make sure you know all of the topics that are being covered.

Re: Built-in webcams/Equipment request [ENDORSED]

I think that they strongly recommend that we have external webcams because of the way that the lockdown browser works, but it seems like you can still take the test without one, maybe just less conveniently. My TA also said that maybe we will be able to take the test on an ipad if you have those, an...

Amazon probably has the most variety and most reasonably priced. Plus if you are a prime member, shipping is very fast!

Re: Final Jitters

I always just try not to wake up right before the test starts, but rather give myself enough time in the morning to have a routine to make food, brush my teeth, etc. I also find it helpful to do some last minute review or practice problems to get my brain warmed up. Hope this helps!

Re: Reading the textbook

I find it helpful, especially when learning the different equations, constants, and their applications. If you don't like doing the readings, though, there are multiple other ways in which you can learn the material

Re: Saying Thank You to Dr. Lavelle

Dr. Lavelle, Thank you so much for all of the work you have put into providing resources for this course, despite the difficulty during COVID-19 right now. I was initially anxious about taking this course since the lectures have so many people and the sheer size of the course made learning seem so d...
