I work too and all I can say is that time management is key. You have to learn to manage your time correctly and dont forget to take a lot of breaks because it can be very draining

I believe the Final will have its own time and it will not be taking place during discussions. Although, the setup for the final might be similar as those for the midterm which is respondus and zoom.

My test anxiety is pretty bad so what i do is i try to breathe in really deep and hold it in and then exhale. Then, when the test starts i usually like to do the easy problems or the ones i understand the most and then move on to the more difficult ones.

hey so what i do is i watch the lectures while taking notes and then review the modules. After reviewing the modules, I start changing and rearranging my notes for them to be clearer. Also, taking my time with sapling and the homework helps too.

This might be confusing but if there is a number such as 0.5 or 0.0005 then the number of significant figures is 1 and if it were 5.005 then the number of significant figures is 4. Lastly, if there is a number such as 0.500 then the number of sig figs is 3 (only the .500)

My TA mentioned that there is not going to be a need for a webcam and you can instead use your phone camera. However, if you are still interested in purchasing a webcam then Amazon has some really nice ones for cheap prices.

I doubt there is a preference on how you write scientific notation so it is up to you. I would double check with the professor or a TA sine they might prefer to use 1.0 x 10^6 instead of the other format.

In the audio-visual topics, we can see that for stoichiometry we have to use whole numbers so if there is a fraction, you multiply both sides by the denominator.

Wait we haven't had any assignments that has required us to show work, right? Like the homework was just answers. I imagine in the tests we will be required to show work but I don't think the professor or any TA has mentioned anything about this.

I agree with everyone in the replies. Since the professor or any TA has mentioned anything about significant figures, I just use it in my final answer just in case they randomly deduct points because of it.
