1. First you need to convert the the 2 temperature given from Celsius to Kelvin. So 25C and 800C have to be converted. 2. Then use PV = nRT to find moles which you isolate n and get n = PV/RT 3. Multiply "n" (the number of moles you found in step 2) and Cv (which is 20.17). 4. Use the equ...

Re: Midterm 2 content
Hi! Based on the homework that was due week 6, it seems like this midterm's content is not as focused on calculations but rather concepts and drawing Lewis structures. Rajshree 1B wrote:BeCl2 is a Lewis acid because the central electron can still accept electrons because of its Lewis structure. Be is bonded to Cl on both sides but there are still empty spaces where Be can accept electrons.
Thank you that makes more sense !

Re: Favorite TV shows
My favorite T.v. show definitely has to be regular show, and I recently went back to rewatch the show and it seemed like it was better watching it at my age right now. Definitely a good show overall.

Re: How to use Scientific Notation
When multiplying two numbers in scientific notation, multiply their coefficients and add their exponents. When dividing two numbers in scientific notation, divide their coefficients and subtract their exponents. If you remember from math where we were taught how to multiply and divide with exponent...

How to use Scientific Notation
When working with scientific notations, what are some rules when it comes to multiplying and dividing them? Especially when it comes down to the exponents.
