For example if you watch a couple of lectures and do the work problems, then you get to order a pizza or do a facemask or something you enjoy.

I remember it as every bond has at least one sigma bond, and then the rest are pi bonds so:
Single bond = 1 sigma bond
Double bond= 1 sigma bond + 1 pi bond
Triple bond= 1 sigma bond + 1 pi bond + 1 pi bond

I think maybe you are misreading the question. The question asks if any of the three are resonance formulas of each other, which they are not because they all have different atom connectivities. Does that make sense?

Hi there! It is because H2CCH2 and H2CCCCH2 both have even numbers of carbon molecules. If you have an iPhone there is a do not disturb function that silences all your notifications/incoming calls/texts and whatnot. It can be really helpful for creating a distraction free environment while studying, even if you still use your phone to do the studying.

Hi! I fully sympathize! One tip I have is to change location, even if its a small change. If you normally study in bed try sitting on the floor next to your bed, or ask your family/roommates if you can study in their room. Sometimes a change of scenery can help a lot.

I like going over the Sapling problems, and looking at the explanations for the solutions so you get the full picture of the process of solving that problem. It’s a great way to make sure you haven’t missed anything.

Wow, lots of great tips. I second all of them! I'd also recommend knowing when to stop studying for the midterm, like don't stay up all night before. Trust in yourself that you know the content and try and relax for the upcoming exam.

Hi! I would say the best way to study for this class would be doing the practice problems given to us. It's probably the kind of thing that we'd find on the exams and the best way to prepare for them.

I personally have never been able to access the textbook or online homework through the links in CCLE. I ended up googling the Sapling homework website and logging in through there and then bookmarking the website page so I can have easy access to it later.
