Re: Tips for Staying Focused
Hey, I struggle with the same thing but something that helped me while studying for the midterm was creating a playlist of songs that I love and putting in my headphones. I didn't need to touch my phone to shuffle through the playlist either because I only chose songs I would listen to. Also, I took...

Re: Balancing Equations Coefficient Question
Yes that's right, since you would use the lowest value possible that would give you whole numbers for coefficients.

Re: Sapling HW Question 25
Hi! To solve this I first converted the wavelength from μm to m by multiplying 1.7 by 10^-6. Then, you can solve for v by using the equation v=h/mλ. Plug in the given mass, wavelength and Planck's constant, and then use the calculated velocity to find the KE using E=0.5mv^2.

Re: Order of Balancing Rxns
I've tried to just eyeball it by going through the equation, but what works best for me is listing out how many of each atom are on both sides of the equation, and then doing the math and plugging the coefficients back in.

Re: Stuck on Sapling HW
In order to solve this, you should first convert the CuNO3 to moles using the molar mass. Then plug your value into the formula V=M/n to get the volume in L, and convert that into mL.
