You have to look at the ions. The conjugate acids of a strong base and the conjugate base of a strong acid both do not affect the pH. The conjugate base of a weak acid (anion) is basic, and vice versa for the conjugate acid of a weak base.

The midterm is during your discussion. As for the external webcam, it's up to your TA; mine is okay with us using our phones. It will be all multiple choice, and it is through CCLE but you must have respondus downloaded beforehand.

As volume increases, the molarity will decrease and vice versa for when volume is decreased. However, the number of moles will stay the same.

In the photoelectric experiment, electrons behave as particles because when the light intensity was increased, the electrons were not emitted. I'm not sure about the experiment regarding wave properties.
