Exercise does wonders. Even if you don't have a lot of time, even a short jog or walk can make you feel so much better. Drink a LOT of water. Try to eat healthily so your blood sugar doesn't crash. Make time to be around people that make you happy. :) This reduces my stress the most.

Also- I would say to try and not study in your room. It can get distracting to have roommates and friends coming in and out! The Powell Library puts me in a good studying mood because everyone else there is so focused.

While studying for midterms, I found it helpful to rewatch lectures. Once I had done some practice with the topic, watching it again helped clear up any questions I had and solidify the concepts.

For B, I was a bit confused but here is how to do it.
First, convert 150.6 KJ/mol (given) to Joules by multiplying it by 1000L/1 KJ. This should give you 1.506 x 10^5 J.
Then, divide 1.506 x 10^5 J by Avogrado's number, which is 6.02 x 10^23 mol.
The answer is 2.501 x 10^-19 Joules.

I always thought the chemistry behind baking bread and having it rise was super interesting. Yeast in an ingredient of bread, which is a single-celled fungi which helps to convert sugars in the bread mix into carbon dioxide. Bubbles from the carbon dioxide are what cause the bread to physically rise.
