When it comes to T, we can utilize Le Chatelier's principle to determine how the equilibrium constant, K (product/reactant), is affected For exothermic reactions: A + B <--> C + D + heat - increasing heat = "increase in products" = favor increase in reactant & decrease in product = K ...

Re: Which is more electronegative?

this has to do with atomic trends, as you go more right the elements have more protons and electron affinity.

Re: Reading the textbook

I can see how it is overwhelming, don't worry I don't think reading the whole thing is necessary. I would just use it to focus on topics you don't understand as well or are struggling with.

when more O is added so is more negative charge so in order to be neutral and cancel those charges the atom must have more positive oxidation number.

molar mas is g/mol so you can convert by multiplying or dividing just set up ratios and make sure units cancel out when in doubt.

Re: why is trigonal planar shape non-polar?

its non polar because it is symetrical and the dipoles go equally each direction so they cancel out. one side does not have a charge because they are all the same.

Yep so for double there's one sigma and one pi and for triple bond there's one sigma and two pi.

Re: Final questions

I think its the same format as midterms, its multiple choice but its 90 minutes long. Its a lot longer so it will probably be like 20-30 questions instead of 15.

Re: Final Exam Study Tips

I would go over the materials like the others said and make sure to keep checking in with yourself to see if you are understanding things. When doing practice problems its good to make sure you know why you are doing what you are doing so you can do it correct for other problems don't just copy or m...
