The best way for me to think about it is that exothermic reactions have a negative change in enthalpy because they release energy and endothermic reactions have a positive change in enthalpy because they require energy to occur.

I had to make sure that I had downloaded Respondus to the right folder on my computer! It kept going straight to my desktop and wasn't available but once I made sure it went straight to my downloads on my computer it showed up under applications.
