2013 FINAL QUESTION 3F

The question asks for the ground state electron configuration of Br2^2.+
Then the answer says that it is diamagnetic, but shouldn't it be paramagnetic because the MO has unfilled pairs??

I understand that we're supposed to use the equation wavelength=(h/mv), but why is the mass in the solution guide 1.67493*10^-27 kg? Isn't the mass supposed to be 9.10938*10^-31kg?
