Hi! The only part that I do not understand of this question is why we multiply by 5471KJ/mol. Where did this come from and why do we multiply by it to get the KJ/year? Thanks !

My question pertains to part C. To calculate the molarity of OH- the solution's manual divides 2ml/500ml. Why is that?

HW Question 11.3

My question is in part B. I understand C6H5NH3+ is the acid, but why is it's conjugate base C6H5NH2 and not C6H5NH2+2? What happens to the charge of the overall base?
