### Newman projections

Are all projections uniform? If my answer deviates from the answer key of the previous finals, does that mean my answer is wrong, or is there multiple ways of drawing projections?

### Cis and Trans Placement

When do these prefixes have to be included into the naming of the molecule? Is there any other subject, besides naming, that would require the use of cis or trans?

When looking at the perspective formula, sawhorse projection, or Newman projections, how do you determine torsional or steric strain in each case?

Thanks

### Re: Writing out a Cell Diagram

When writing out a cell diagram, when is it correct to write in a comma versus a line on either the anode or the cathode portion of the diagram. I understand where the salt bridge would go, but I cannot seem to find many problems where a comma is needed.

### Re: Useful Summary of Thermodynamic Definitions

This is going to be helpful when trying to keep track of the different vocab this quarter. Thanks!
Is this the main list for thermodynamics, or would it be recommended to extend the list on out own ?

### How To- Molecular Orbital Video

By: Aisha Uqdah and Evelin Escobedo

This video goes over some general steps to solving a molecular orbital problem, and we also go over two questions (one from the actual midterm and another from the practice final in the course reader)

Hope this helps!

### Valence Electron for ions.

When removing a valence electron from say Scandium, from what energy level would you remove the electron from first, s or d? Since the written configuration has the unfilled d level before the filled s level?
