Energy vs. Dihedral angle graph
When making this graph about a newman projection, do you start at a certain point as 0 degrees? do you have to start at eclipsed or staggered? My question is where do I start when Im drawing this graph, what angle and how?

Nerst Equation?
On the formula sheet I know there is the shortcut to the nerst equation where in the nurmerator there is 0.05916V. I was wondering how do oyu get that from the actual equation? I keep getting a different number.

If they are equal size and same length from each other then it does not Matter which one you name first. Just stay consistent

What is the suffix indicate group for ether? In my course reader I have the - oxy, but what is the actual structure that is attached?

When I am given two half reaction and the electrons are both on the left side (because E is given that way) and both values of E are given. How do I tel l which one is the anode and cathode?

Deriving equations
In lecture, Lavelle put a huge emphasis on deriving the different equations in this section dealing with reversible and irreversible expansion. Everytime it seemed like the steps were scattered and hard to follow, so can someone please explain the steps or post a link where it explains the deriving?

When quizzed/tested on electronic configuration, are you allowed to use the shorthanded version? For instance the brackets with the element from the previous period.
