Examples of Three and Four Way Systems?

Professor Lavelle gave us some good examples of two state degeneracy systems such as a drug binding to a receptor and turning the light on and off. What would be an example of a three way degenerate system? A four way degenerate system?

Here is something to think about: To reach a boiling state of water, you need to heat it up to a certain temperature. Water that is heated up will first reach boiling state. Then as you continue to heat the water up, it will eventually reach to vapor and steam. So since water requires a higher tempe...

Think of it this way.

If the system is cooling down and the surrounding objects are getting hot, then the reaction exothermic.

If the system heats up and the surrounding objects are getting cold, then the reaction is endothermic.

So, the answer would be endothermic.
