Since E^o is an intensive property, it is fixed. I believe the only time it changes sign is when you are writing out the half reactions and need to flip signs so that one is reduced and the other is oxidized.

This was one of the homework problems (12.51) where HF was a weaker acid than HCl, but in another part of that problem, it stated that HClO2 is a stronger acid than HBrO2 because Cl is more electronegative. So, why is HF a weaker acid if F is more electronegative than Cl?

Yeah we should probably be familiar with the bond angles of different shapes because I think some of the past midterms asked you to find at least one bond angle based on a lewis structure.

I believe if all 4 positions of electron density are occupied by electrons, then it's tetrahedral, but if 3 of the 4 positions are occupied, then the shape is trigonal pyramidal.
