we measure both enthalpy and Gibbs free energy in kJ mol-1 (kilojoules per mole).

I think bond enthalpies are generally just expressed in units of kJ mol-1.

0.00021 has two significant figures: 2 and 1 (the zeros before the 2 are not significant).
trailing zeros in a number containing a decimal point are significant (ex: 32.2100 has six sig figs.: 3, 2, 2, 1, 0, and 0).

you should also know that when you reverse an equation, you have to reverse the sign on the enthalpy value too.
