Yes. Bond order of 1 means single bond, Bond order of 2 means double bond etc.

if the dipole moment vectors go in opposing directions then they cancel out. This leaves a net dipole moment of zero and the molecule is non-polar. If the dipole moment vectors do not cancel then the molecule is polar

The easiest way for me is by thinking about the 4 corners of the periodic table and remember the properties of those 4 elements and then reason it out from there
