I believe you would take the difference between the wavelengths of a proton and neutron traveling at 2.75 * 10^5 m/s and divide this difference by the wavelength of the neutron then multiply by 100. Provided that ultraviolet light is being shined onto a piece of metal in attempt to eject electrons, does increasing the intensity of the light increase the energy of the photons or does it increase the number of photons hitting the metal?
