Electron flow arrows
When drawing the electron-flow arrows, is it necessary to indicate the dipole of the molecule(s) (by writing either δ- or δ+) to explain why we are drawing the arrows? Or do arrows suffice?

Starting Organic Chem
Since we have started the organic chemistry portion of the class, will the lecture still be based off of what is in the course reader? Or is it shifting to the other green book, Introduction to Organic Chemistry?

I was unable to attend lecture today and I tried to watch lecture videos on bruincast but there were technical errors or the video just wasn't there. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me temporarily? Will this be resolved or should I figure out another way to review the lecture? Thanks

Do you always have to back up your assumption when assuming (for example) 0.1 M - X is about equal to 0.1M when the Ka is less than 10^-5 with the percent ionization?

When you say a Lyman series always transitions to n=1, do you mean that this is where the electrons come to rest (at energy level=1?)

I've read in a few different sources that it is acceptable to round to whole numbers when the number calculated is within one tenth of a whole number.
