I sent many messages to bruincast and they got back to me saying that it's my wifi connection that's the problem. But I'm using UCLA web res when I try to connect it always gives me failure. I also don't understand this in my opinion "significantly large" is very subjective, so I am also confused as to how we know if one or two of the reactants are in "large excess" in comparison to another. I hope lavelle goes over this.

I've been having the same exact problem with trying to find a chem solutions manual:/ I'm not sure what to do either my friend recommended that I just take pictures of my friends book for problems I can't figure out, but if you don't have a friend like that just reply and I'll help you!

Hi so the reason why only the O is multiplied by 3/2 is because the Oxygen is in the form of O2 so the division by 1/2 is necessary to match the single O on the opposite side of the equation in order to make the equation balanced. Should we read all the topics of every chapter before the lectures? Or is there a certain order we are expected to read the textbook in? Also, are we supposed to do all of the homework problems before the lectures as well?
