Re: Tips/ Tricks for those New to Chemistry Community
We're approximately 10 weeks in and the final is tomorrow. Good luck to everyone who happens to stumble upon this post! If you think life is going ruff, at least you aren't spending the last few moments of being 18 studying. Stay strong and study on!

Re: Organic Chem Course Reader
Thank you! You're right, I don't find myself needing the green OChem Course Reader in class, but I do use it to help while reviewing/ doing homework :)

Re: Sign of the Gibbs for a reaction profile
Will the reactions we be given always be spontaneous? Or will there be instances where we get a reaction that is endergonic as opposed to exergonic; is this fair game for the final?

Re: Naming Organic Molecules
I've practically had little to no exposure to naming organic molecules (yay HS Chem!), but what I did find helpful was looking up quick videos. Whenever you have free time just before watching YT subscriptions, try watching a quick 10- minute video! This way, you also get exposure to practice naming...

Organic Chem Course Reader
Does anyone know if, from this point on, we bring both course readers to class? Thanks in advance!

Re: Midterm Winter 2017
If I could not attend a review session due to schedule conflicts, is it not possible to access that review session on my own time? I would have really liked to go over some topics covered in a recent review session but could not make it due to another commitment. Are the TA review sessions also rec...

Re: Homework Schedule
I don't think there is a particular place to find that information but what I did was post- it note where each chapter ends in the course reader. Helps me not only stay organized, but also could help with pacing through homework problems :) Good luck with everything!

Re: Posts
Hi, I'm also new to this chemistry community thing and a forum like this in general. I have so many questions about this posting system. 1. What if you post more than one time per week? Will you get extra points or none? 2. How are you guys navigating through the forum? I'm not really experienced a...

Tips/ Tricks for those New to Chemistry Community
Hello fellow peers, Hope you're all doing well :) I'm new the Chemistry Community and am only (slightly) technologically challenged. I've been trying to figure out how to upload an image, but have failed to do so. I wouldn't say I'm quitting per se, just asking around to see if anyone can show me ho...
