Galvanic cell calculations

when pertaining to galvanic cells and their concentrations increasing or decreasing is it products over reactants, or simply reduction over oxidation? How can we determine what additional chemical cause an increase or decrease of E from the 2 concentrations.

The rate determining step is the slow step, if the catalyst is within the slow step, then it affects the rate itself because it lowers Ae. Even, if it isnt in the overall reaction, it affects the rate because of its presence.

How do we know which chain receives the chemical that is being added to it? Is it simply any double bonds, or is there a certain position it needs to be in contact with?

Bond Enthalpy Question

When you take into account a double bond breaking like a C=C, and the product has a C-C formation. Should you use the bond breaking KJ of a double bond breaking or a just a single bond (and vice-versa for bond forming), since it becomes a single bond in the product and why?
