Polar molecules have a charge and nonpolar molecules do not have a charge. If dipole moments pull electrical charge in exactly opposite directions, they cancel and make the molecule nonpolar.

1 J= 1 kg*m^2*s^-2, so try substituting that for J and converting cm to m so that the units can be compatible.

I dont think that intensity is dependent on the frequency or wavelength of a photon. The amplitude determines the intensity of the light because more photons are emitted in a unit of time.
