I agree the modules were very helpful last Quarter for 14A. I am not sure if we would have them for 14B but an alternative to it would be to watch the Bruincasts of the lectures. :)

ok well if you look at the example Dr. Lavell gave us during the lecture of AlCl3 we know that its difference is 1.6 which means it is less than 2 and greater than 1.5. So we can assume that AlCl3 is a covalent bond as 1.6 is closer to 1.5 than 2.

I know that they usually bond with oxygen so i understand what elements are combined (for example: calcium hydroxide has Ca, O, and H, Chlorate has Cl and O) the only thing im confused on is knowing how many of each element there are? (For example it says that chlorate has 1 Chlorine and 3 oxygens) ...
