No as long as there's the correct amount of molecules/atoms in the structure!

Re: Quiz 2 Winter 2017

So are we being quiz on knowing Activation energy? If so, does the equation ln[k2/k1]=Ea/R ((1/t2)-(1/T1)) work for all rate laws?

Re: Quiz 2 Winter 2017

Can someone please help me with #3? I used the integrated rate law for first order and I got t=205 seconds For #3, it is a first order reaction, so you use the corresponding equation ln[A] = -kt + ln[A0] so, ln(.33) = -(.0068)t + ln(.75) ln(.33/.75) = -.0068t t = ln(.33/.75)/-.0068 t = 120 sec Than...

Re: Sig Figs

I also heard that we do NOT consider temperature when applying sig figs. Is this true? For example, say all the given units are in 4 sig figs and temperature is in 3, does our end calculation have three or four sig figs?

Re: Most Helpful Resource

I believe AAP helps a lot! I had it last quarter and felt it was a life savior, especially because I felt required to go. The program takes attendance and there in small groups. However, I think the best action to do is try out all at least once and see which system works best for you.
