If we are asked to write out the name of a structure, do we have to do the italicizing thing and would we lose points if we forget the dash or we accidentally add a space in between the words (ethyl butane vs ethylbutane etc.)? I know these are minor questions but still I'm curious.

Also, if you don't like too long/strung together mnemonics; I often split them in half if you're trying to make your own but cant quite make a coherent sentence with the letters you're given. Also you can do it backwards (D,N,O, etc.), but just remember that you are doing it backwards!!!!

I make mnemonics for the first few because 5-10 follow the normal # prefixes; all end in the suffix -ane. ** I sometimes get confused with the hexane and heptane so just remember that hexane is six and hexane and six both have an x at the end! I also find that when I have another browser open while rewatching the videos on bruin cast the video keeps glitch in and the audio is glitchy too. Once I closed all my other windows it works better

Yes, you do 2 separate change in entropy equations (one is decreasing from the decrease in vol and the other is increasing from the increase in temp). Finally,you add them up for the net entropy change.
