Since the change in volume is zero, w=-P*deltaV is zero. q=-w and deltaH=q/T therefore they are all zero.

All formulas that you will need relating to the topics we have discussed will be given to you. It's similar to the back of the periodic table of elements you got with your course reader. And no, I do not believe you will be tested on that.
