But if O is bonded to two carbons on the same ring, as if it were replacing a C in a cyclopropane, is it still considered an ether?

The above poster is probably correct, but in lecture he said that log has to do with reactions where pH is a relevant value, as it is measured in terms of log.

Perfect systems would theoretically be reversible, meaning the reactions occuring within them would occur extremely slowly and with the maximum amounts of energy and work being done or used up. Real systems don't necessarily work that way.

ln and log have to do with whether or not pH is being used (pH is measured in log) so it shouldn't be very necessary to use the log equation, but I don't think it gives a different answer.

Reaction enthalpy describes the total net change in enthalpy that occurs after the reactants change and form products. Standard formation enthalpies describe the enthalpy required to create a given molecule from its atoms

Aren't insulated systems necessarily isolated? Unless the insulated system is open, but that wouldn't make sense, because then heat transfer could occur, correct?

In regards to why it's multiplied by 2. +-0.1 is only one arm of the indeterminancy factor. delta V refers to the both arms or sides of the indeterminancy so we must use 0.2 instead of 0.1 as velocity can either be =0.1 or -0.1. So do you mean that any value in the delta V must be multiplied by 2, ...
