As previously mentioned, the double bond takes priority and you have to move across the double bond. This is a really basic question, but is it fine to switch the sign of a negative rate at the end? So, if my answer is negative, could I just make it positive for full credit, or do I have to set up the equation to get a positive answer from the very beginning?

Agree with all the comments above. If I'm not mistaken the formulas on the laminated sheet will be the same ones provided to us during exams, so it may be helpful to use the sheet during practice problems as well.

I have also seen people sell their materials (practice quizzes with or without the course reader) on Bruinwalk for a much cheaper cost, so it might be helpful to look there too.
